USING THE PATIENT PORTAL

Please note that the patient portal is for established patients only, and access will be granted when a new patient visit is scheduled.

The portal is provided for the patient’s convenience to:

  • Complete forms
  • Send me a message
  • Scheduling (view, cancel, and schedule appointments)
  • Complete credit card payment 
  • View and download past receipts

Patients can communicate with me by sending a message through the secure patient portal.  This is a part of the electronic health record and can be used for non-urgent clinical issues. I will respond to messages in 1-3 business days. The patient portal also serves as an important means to distribute and complete rating scales to aid in diagnostic assessment and/or follow progress throughout treatment. Assigned rating scales should be completed prior to scheduled appointments in order to best integrate this information at the time of the session.

NEW PATIENTS

All forms will be delivered within the portal. Please complete the forms and send them in a message within the portal before your first appointment. Within the portal, please compose a message with the forms attached to [email protected] 

PAYMENT WITHIN PORTAL

If you have an unpaid balance on your account, please login to your portal to see your total balance. You can add your credit card information within the portal and pay the balance in full.

DOWNLOAD RECEIPTS (HSA/FSA)

Within the portal please visit the “Transactions” tab to see all receipts from previous payments.
